Every Child a Swimmer honored as a Diamond Sponsor of RED Gala

FORT LAUDERDALE – The Dr. Bill Kent Family Foundation is honoring two worthy causes with its diamond sponsorship of Heart2Heart Outreach of South Florida’s RED Gala.

The foundation kicks off a night of fundraising to combat isolation and loneliness for South Florida seniors with its $15,000 donation.

At the same time, the sponsorship highlights Every Child a Swimmer, a special cause of the International Swimming Hall of Fame to educate children about water safety.

“We are privileged to support both causes during this year’s RED Gala,” said Dr. Bill Kent, CEO of Team Horner. “Both causes elevate our community, by keeping our children safe and by safeguarding the physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing of our seniors.”

The foundation has financially supported Heart2Heart for the past four years.

“Our seniors prosper when we can count on community partners like The Dr. Bill Kent Family Foundation,” said Heart2Heart CEO Juan Gallo. “Each year, we are thankful for their continued support.”

This year, Heart2Heart has a goal of raising $170,000 through ticket sales, sponsorships, and a silent auction. Last year, the annual Gala raised $137,000 — well beyond its initial goal.

Only 30 tickets have been unclaimed for the event! The RED Gala will be held Thursday, Nov. 10, at 6:30 p.m. at The Venue Fort Lauderdale, 2345 Wilton Drive. To purchase tickets or sponsorships, visit www.heart2heartoutreach.org/redgala.
