Heart2Heart Outreach is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization committed to helping seniors by providing hope, sharing love, and restoring purpose to isolated seniors. We mobilize volunteers to connect, advocate, respond, and engage lonely seniors living alone in their own homes or nursing home facilities. Proceeds benefit the seniors in our C.A.R.E. program throughout South Florida.

TRADEWINDS PARK – FRITILLARY SHELTER

The purpose of the 5K is to raise awareness within the community about the significant needs of seniors, many of whom face isolation and hardship. Participants will run or walk on behalf of these seniors, symbolizing a commitment to empowering them with love, care, and essential support.

5K Race: $30.00

Kids Dash: $5.00

Whether you’re an experienced runner or occasional walker, this is the perfect opportunity to challenge yourself, meet new people, and have fun while advocating for the aging population in South Florida!

We have added a Kids Dash so that the whole family can participate and have a fun time together.

Race Schedule:

Check-in/Registration starts at 5:30AM – 7:00AM

Registration will close when the race starts at 7:00AM. The park gate will not allow cars in once the race begins. You must arrive to the Fritillary Shelter before the race starts.

Why sponsor?

South Florida consists of 3 large counties namely Miami-Dade (605,468), Broward (437,838), and Palm Beach (432,939). These counties account for 18.7% percent of the total state population age 60 and older. Our goal is to create awareness of the increase in the aging community will cause a need for more resources to support healthy aging in the community.

What are the sponsor levels/benefits?

Please review the details on each sponsorship level located to the right. There’s no amount too large or too small… it all goes to support the aging community!

Are sponsorships tax-deductible?

Absolutely. Heart2Heart Outreach is a registered 501(c)(3) organization. 100% of your contribution is tax-deductible.
