Heart2Heart Outreach is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization committed to helping seniors by providing hope, sharing love, and restoring purpose to isolated seniors. We mobilize volunteers to connect, advocate, respond, and engage lonely seniors living alone in their own homes or nursing home facilities. Proceeds benefit the seniors in our C.A.R.E. program throughout South Florida.

Why sponsor?

South Florida consists of 3 large counties namely Miami-Dade (605,468), Broward (437,838), and Palm Beach (432,939). These counties account for 18.7% percent of the total state population age 60 and older.

Our goal is to create awareness of the increase in the aging community will cause a need for more resources to support healthy aging in the community.

What are the sponsor levels/benefits?

Are sponsorships tax-deductible?

Absolutely. Heart2Heart Outreach is a registered 501(c)(3) organization. 100% of your contribution is tax-deductible.

Water Station Sponsor: $400 — 2 available

  • Be recognized as an Official Water Station Sponsor of The 5K Gran Run

  • Your logo is included at one of the five water stations on the course route

Mile Marker Sponsor: $300 — 3 available 

  • Be recognized as an Official Mile Marker Sponsor of The 5K Gran Run

  • Mile Marker signs are posted on the left and right side at Mile 1, 2 and 3 on the course
