OUR ANNUAL 5K GRAN RUN!
Heart2Heart Outreach is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization committed to helping seniors by providing hope, sharing love, and restoring purpose to isolated seniors. We mobilize volunteers to connect, advocate, respond, and engage lonely seniors living alone in their own homes or nursing home facilities. Proceeds benefit the seniors in our C.A.R.E. program throughout South Florida.

Why sponsor?
South Florida consists of 3 large counties namely Miami-Dade (605,468), Broward (437,838), and Palm Beach (432,939). These counties account for 18.7% percent of the total state population age 60 and older. Our goal is to create awareness of the increase in the aging community will cause a need for more resources to support healthy aging in the community.
What are the sponsor levels/benefits?

Are sponsorships tax-deductible?
Absolutely. Heart2Heart Outreach is a registered 501(c)(3) organization. 100% of your contribution is tax-deductible.
