Heart2Heart High School C.A.R.E. Scholarship

Heart2Heart Outreach of South Florida is excited to offer high school students in Broward, Miami-Dade, and West Palm Beach Counties the opportunity to apply to the Heart2Heart C.A.R.E. Scholarship Program.
Heart2Heart’s Connect Scholarship is to motivate future graduates who are currently in their junior or senior year in high school to find innovative and creative ways to connect with isolated seniors in their community.
This year, two students will be awarded, one Junior for $2,000, and one Senior for $2,750 – to apply to their higher education.
