In 2023, Heart2Heart made a meaningful difference in the lives of 8,168 seniors through our C.A.R.E. initiatives, which encompassed face-to-face visits, educational sessions, engaging events, and the introduction of our latest programs, Food For Hope and Relief C.A.R.E.
